I bought a lifetime license that explicitly included API features. SignHouse has now stripped those features away from lifetime accounts to force people onto a monthly subscription. It was supposed to solve the problem of automating contract and document signing via API without locking my business into expensive monthly SaaS subscriptions. Initially, it benefited us by allowing clean workflow integrations. However, because SignHouse retroactively stripped API access from lifetime accounts to force us into a monthly tier, it no longer benefits us at all. It actually created a brand new problem: broken software integrations, disrupted workflows, and the immediate need to waste time migrating to a competitor that honors their terms. I would love to see a feature that would allow for a 1st signature and then after 1st party signs, then the 2nd signature could be added. "Easy to use and full of features" 5/5 What do you like best about SignHouse? I like that it's full of features, but also very easy to use with out feeling overloaded. When sending legal documents, it's imporant your client (the recipient) feels safe and secure when handling the signing. So far, the feedback has been all positive. Inefficiency of Traditional Signatures- Signhouse has streamlined the process and made the signing process much more convienent. Security and Authentication Concerns- SignHouse uses encryption and robust authentication methods to ensure the security and integrity of signed documents. Audit Trails: Detailed audit trails provide a clear record of the signing process, including timestamps and the identity of signatories. I run a seasonal tax business on the side and it really doesn't make sense for me to pay for Docusign. The drawback to Sign house in it's current state is the inability to upload multiple documents in a single envalope. You have to use their PDF merger tool and then upload that document to SignHouse.
