Shortcuts is incredibly easy to use. You don't need prior sales training to operate it. Most issues are easy to solve on your own. It loads up easily every morning and everything I need is on the one app. I don't have to switch between platforms. We clock in/out, process payments, make appointments, etc all throughout Shortcuts. If there is something I cannot troubleshoot on my own, I have to call the service number. Their hold time is insanely long, and as someone who works in a salon around kids, waiting on hold to solve an issue is extremely inconvenient.
