**What do you like best about Shortcuts Software?**

Shortcuts is incredibly easy to use. You don't need prior sales training to operate it. Most issues are easy to solve on your own. It loads up easily every morning and everything I need is on the one app. I don't have to switch between platforms. We clock in/out, process payments, make appointments, etc all throughout Shortcuts.

**What do you dislike about Shortcuts Software?**

If there is something I cannot troubleshoot on my own, I have to call the service number. Their hold time is insanely long, and as someone who works in a salon around kids, waiting on hold to solve an issue is extremely inconvenient. Most issues are easily fixed but the longer wait time is the only downside I have.

**Recommendations to others considering Shortcuts Software:**

Would definitely reccomend this software to any small business or franchise that wants an easy to use platform to keey everything running smoothly.

**What problems is Shortcuts Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am just a receptionist so I don't often face a lot of issues behind the scenes. I just have to log in and use the apps provided on the computer.

**What do you like best about Shortcuts Software?**

I love that there is functionality to support all operations in our Salon.

**What do you dislike about Shortcuts Software?**

There is functionality to do a lot of things. With that comes a learning curve to understand how to work it. Fortunately, Shortcuts offers tutorials and frequent webinars on ways to take advantage of it. 

**What problems is Shortcuts Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salon scheduling. Inventory control/reporting. 
Business reporting
