# What are the best incident response services for delivering measurable ROI within six months for critical business operations?

Hey G2 community, we're looking at which incident response services deliver measurable ROI within about six months, especially for critical business operations. ROI here usually means less downtime and fewer incidents, and reviews hint at it more than they quantify it. What we're hoping to find:

Faster containment that translates into less costly downtime

Value that shows up in the first couple of quarters, not year three

Pricing that fits the protection you actually get

The cleanest six-month ROI measure is usually avoided business disruption rather than incident count alone. I’d track mean time to contain, hours of downtime avoided, recovery costs, and internal staff time saved to see whether the service is creating measurable operational value.
