**What do you like best about ShopSite?**

First and foremost, ShopSite's customer service is top notch.  They are friendly, easy to talk with and very knowledgable.  ShopSite's backend management tools are comprehensive and make managing our online store easy.  I also like that they have an all-in-one solution that includes the store platform and hosting.  It really made implementing the store and security features fast and easy.

**What do you dislike about ShopSite?**

The only negative I have is the limited shipping integration options.  We ship all over the country and had to set our own generic flat rates.

**What problems is ShopSite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The solve the problem of having too many service providers by combining platform, security and hosting all in one package.

Great built-in features such as mobile commerce, Facebook stores, coupons, gift certificates, and more.

**What do you dislike about ShopSite?**

So it's not something I dislike, just an occasional frustration - but something that happens very rarely!

**What problems is ShopSite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While ShopSite has a competitive similarity to other top shopping carts, there are some major differences as well. ShopSite is a cloud-based service that lets you add eCommerce functionality to any HTML-enabled web presence.
