What do you like best?

The customer service, user interface, and price made Shoprocket the best choice for our e-commerce needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

If you are interested in customization beyond the basics, you need to know html. The other downside for us in the US is Shoprocket is based in UK, making it difficult to connect in real time for assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a nonprofit, our budget didn’t leave room for an attractive e-commerce solution. Shoprocket worked with us and helped to create a native looking storefront for our Wordpress site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
