&lt;p&gt;Campaign launch reliability would be the metric I’d care about most. A WordPress management tool earns its place with marketing when updates, backups, or plugin conflicts stop becoming last-minute launch blockers. I’d track how often site issues delay publishing before and after adoption rather than judging the tool only on uptime or the number of sites it manages.&lt;/p&gt;
