For larger items that ship via freight, it's harder to configure a shipping calculater. For larger businesses that need full log history of order or item changes, it's a challange as it's not easy to retrive information. More simple customizations for the backend could be implemented, like controlling the status of an order (in process, processed), or even adding more larger carriers to the list of carriers when fulfiling an order. **What problems is Shopify Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to be on a custom site and had two developers full time on our payroll.
