At the onset, the engineering team was helpful to clone and get us set up on plus but this is to their advantage as I didn’t realise that once you upgrade, you can’t downgrade with the same assistance. They don’t specialise in enterprise and the price hike is not warranted at all. Stick to regular plans which are good value or if you’re enterprise level, seek an enterprise platform. Shopify plus has very few customers (for a reason) and you will feel that this is not their focus. Don’t be fooled by the rate improvements in traction’s.
