I'm working on the website everyday and the platform is far more intuitive than any other one we've had the website on before. **What do you dislike about Shopify Plus?** We used to have a dedicated account manager and the quarterly reviews were handy and full of insightful knowledge. Shopify has removed this layer of support and its absence is notable. Making theme selection easier, having Shopify preferred themes so that people don't get sucked into bad themes with messy code, and having general guidelines that someone can reference would be really helpful. I also like how intuitive the checkout process is for customers. Customer support has been vastly helpful. The addition of editing shipping charges fuctionality is helpful as well. **What do you dislike about Shopify Plus?** I don't like the lack of native features for B2B. Using Acumatica, there are some attributes/fields/metafields that are not available from the Shopify API regarding mappings. I want to see better integration with the Acumatica Connector. You cannot see SKUs for products when adding to an order via the admin, you cannot filter customers that do not have a catalog assigned to them or those without Payment Terms (specifically B2B customers), you cannot have payment authorization and capture setup differently based on the customer type in a single blended store, you do not have the ability to hide/show certain shipping options natively based on customer type (including Shop channel), you cannot disable automatic Payment reminder emails under Customer notifications>Payments in Settings, you cannot show variants (as individual products) in collections, you cannot change description based on variant natively, no secondary image support for variant items, you cannot export Companies to CSV under customers, no way to bulk edit shipping options, no way to hide out of stock variants. These are things I hope to see in the coming months/years. **What problems is Shopify Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** A single solution for both D2C and B2B customer types. The app ecosystem is massive, and well trusted. Shopify's customer support is 24/7 and high quality. From an integrations standpoint, the APIs are robust and always launched in lock-step with Admin features. **What do you dislike about Shopify Plus?** We're still missing some key features around globalization and cross-border support, which has caused us to operate multiple separate Shopify instances, but I think they're building in the right direction. Any new user who joins the business, can get a quick grasp of how shopify works and be able to get to know the system in a day or two. **What do you dislike about Shopify Plus?** The permission setup we'd like to give to other users are very less protected and i would recommend the shopify team to improvise.
