Easy to connect with most other apps you could need to mek the user experience better on your website. **What do you dislike about Shopify Plus?** Hard to upload images in bulk. The 24/7 customer service for Shopify Plus is more a glorified phone/chat answering service which staff mostly just take notes for someone else to look into solving the issue and if you are lucky they'll get back to you after 3-4 days. So if you are a small/medium business with no wholesale side to it I would not pay the extra $$$ for Plus. The third-party app ecosystem has truly been a blessing with the need for custom apps to be developed from our side reduced substantially. Managing products, collections, and tags is not difficult. We recently also setup a POS using Shopify on our first-ever retail outlet and that was easy too. **What do you dislike about Shopify Plus?** - Managing attribution has been an issue for us. We have not been using Triplewhale for this but that too hasn't reliably solved the issue. - Filter management should be made easy and self-serve on collection pages - Helping small businesses like us manage frauds and chargebacks would be an important help - Default Amazon MCF management has been tricky especially along with virtual bundles **What problems is Shopify Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Managing offline retail POS along with the website - Inventory management, Quickly listing products, creating new collection pages - has customization to a really good extent, using meta fields, custom pages, custom cart drawers, check-outs, and brining in upselling and cross-selling option across the customer journey - Integrations that are solid and with a whole lot of different tools - the app store has been really helpful solving quick problems ### 46.
