I really like Shopaccino's native, one-click US tax, shipping, and payment automation. It’s incredibly valuable for US teams because it integrates Avalara's tax calculations and shipping solutions directly, removing the need for third-party hacks or custom API work for US payment methods. This feature eliminates the nightmare of US state-by-state tax compliance, automating sales tax calculations in real-time across all states, along with auto-updates for legislative changes. The integration with payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal also improves the payment process significantly. Additionally, the drag-and-drop store builder and pre-built US e-commerce templates are designed for mobile-first, which is perfect for adapting to US shopper behavior. I find it challenging that there is no native tracking for US e-commerce core KPIs like cart abandonment by step, customer lifetime value segmented by US state or channel, repeat purchase rate by product category, or B2B vs. DTC revenue breakdowns. I cannot recommend Shopaccino highly enough. It's an e-commerce platform for sellers to generate, administer and grow their online business without any transaction platform fees. They have a 14 days trial which is superb and ideally suited for startups, and small or medium-sized enterprises. The after-sales support is something I liked apart from the obvious platform benefits such as simplicity and ease to create and manage the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Shopaccino? Why is Shopaccino not globalized enough? They have all the qualities to take their platform outside the Indian jurisdiction which counts for most of their sales I would assume. This company truly deserves to compete with the best in the industry and they are limiting themselves I think. My pre-requisite was to create an e-commerce website and thankfully I encountered Shopaccino and they solved all my requirements from initiation to completion.
