# Which DataRobot consulting partners are best at reducing time-to-value for AI initiatives while meeting compliance requirements?

The structured delivery model that sometimes slows agile iteration also provides the audit trail and approval documentation that compliance teams require.

Boston Consulting Group: BCG's GAMMA practice includes an AI ethics and compliance framework that is specifically designed to be embedded in the model development process rather than applied as a post-development gate, the architectural decision that most reduces compliance-driven delays. For AI programmes in regulated industries, building compliance into the DataRobot workflow from use-case definition produces faster sign-off than retrofitting documentation to completed models.

Which compliance step most frequently extended the timeline, model documentation, validation evidence generation, fairness assessment, or approval workflow completion, and which consulting partner or tool most directly compressed that step?

BCG's approach of building compliance into the model development process from the start rather than applying it as a gate afterward is the smarter architecture here. Retrofitting documentation onto a completed model is almost always slower than designing the audit trail in from day one.
