  ### 1. Innovative App but sometimes you need paper.

**What do you like best about Shoflo?**

The best thing about Shoflo is how easy it is to disseminate changes to scripts to multiple people that can all customize the script to only the information they  need.  We used to print out a script, then when a change happens, print it out again.  And everyone got the same full script even if they only need a portion of it.  Now when we make changes, everyone gets the updates, and still only gets what they want to receive.

**What do you dislike about Shoflo?**

We have a large production team and some of them are camera operators (Live sports TV) that simply cannot be looking down at a phone or tablet.  They need paper which they can tape to the camera.  I know it is old school, but it is cheaper and works.  We use shoflo for everything but then still print out a few things for the camera ops anyway such as images of players and coaches that they will need to find.  Also, the software is expensive.  No joke.  It costs a lot.

**Recommendations to others considering Shoflo:**

If you can afford it, this is a solid app that makes it easy for everyone to stay up to date with the latest script changes.

**What problems is Shoflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using a lot less paper than before.  It got so bad we were printing scripts double sided on paper.  Now we don't have to do this.  I can give my L.E.D. signage  operator a script that doesn't include the complete PA reads because they don't need them.  Before everyone had to have the complete script.  We also tend to make a lot of changes, sometimes during a show, and so the script can stay updated as we go.  This is helpful when you have marketing, producers, video producers, LED staff all contributing to the same document.
