&lt;p&gt;I’d expect the routing rules to drive more of the approval-rate improvement than the platform switch alone. The platform matters because it gives you the infrastructure to retry intelligently across processors, but I’d want to measure approval rates by issuer, geography, payment method, and decline reason before and after each routing change. Otherwise, a headline approval-rate lift doesn’t tell you which optimization actually worked.&lt;/p&gt;
