Also i will compare shipping rates with multiple carrirers it saved my most of time. It help me to grow my business and it very helpful for me. **What do you dislike about Shipmondo?** It provide great features but some time it bit more complex to integration process for first time user. it provide very easy way to print label but i want to fully customize my label it very help for me. all i want this else it best for me. **What problems is Shipmondo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before shipmondo for me very hard to mange multiple carriers it more time-consuming and some time it give me error. After shipmondo it was very easy to manage my multiple carriers shipping and print and customize my labels. Iy benifits me for grow my business and provide batter and fast deliveries. ### 2. We tested out some of the competitors, but Shipmondo is better is most if not all wayswhen it comes to ease of use and customer support. With access to multiple countries in Europe, it was easy to setup & worked perfectly with all our locations and avenues we operate on. The Shipmondo support is also really helpful when we had questions about integration. **What do you dislike about Shipmondo?** As Shipmondo is the middleman, with certain problems with any shipment or weight, you can't do anything as its out of their control. Its also beneficital if you ship often and is not easy for new businesses. **What problems is Shipmondo solving and how is that benefiting you?** after we received volume of shipments, it was easy and convenient to use and offered a decent price compared to other competitors.
