I’d test the handoff after a visitor is identified, because that’s where a “simple” tool can quietly create work. If a small team still has to inspect every identified company, find the right contact, and manually push it into the CRM, easy setup only solves the first step. The useful benchmark is probably how many identified visits turn into actionable records without someone cleaning the feed every morning.
