What do you like best?

Interface makes it easy to find and close tickets. The parsing feature is great too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The Assets/Inventory portion. The search feature for our Assets is not very sophisticated. I would like to be able to save searches as well. Also, the prioritization for tickets should have a color coding option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
