The biggest reason is the way the system deals with vouchers. I have made £6k worth of voucher sales in the last 6 months but customers cant use the voucher code when they are booking online. I have had to set up a duplicate of each and every service and make a voucher only option where the client books a zero value massage and adds the voucher code in the notes and I have to manually check the code and manage it that way. I have spoken to Fresha many times about this but nothing has happened and it has been an issue I made them aware of 6 months ago. Added to this if someone buys a voucher for a Swedish massage (for example) at £40 and then we increase the price for the service to £45 (because of the cost of living fiasco) then the voucher is invalid and won't work. The Fresha system can handle basic voucher system requirements. We are now so deep in with Fresha though that the hassle of trying to change £6k worth of vouchers to a different system is even more of a nightmare than staying with Fresha. It is beyond a joke and makes our business look terrible. Do not use Fresha if you have any intention of selling vouchers to customers because the system is simply not fit for purpose. **What problems is Shedul solving and how is that benefiting you?** Appointment booking ### 2. Recommended. **What problems is Shedul solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a robust tool with many functions that facilitate our day-to-day work and help us to work in an organized way. The navigation is simple; its website does not generate complications for users. ### 3. Works great! It has a very intuitive and well-organized interface, it makes navigation easier for users, and its many functions support specific administrative processes. **What do you dislike about Shedul?** It's a lack of versions for cell phones and tablets. **Recommendations to others considering Shedul:** It is a quite helpful, dynamic, and above all easy to use tool for the organization of appointments; it makes everything more straightforward and more manageable in terms of appointment management. Recommended. **What problems is Shedul solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has excellent features and offers multiple functions for the organization of appointments based on calendar system, time management and supports timely administrative processes such as payroll management, inventory of supplies, among others. ### 4. A very complete tool that will facilitate the administrative management of your business. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** SOFIA ANTONELLA E. | ADMINISTRADORA DE SPA/MAQUILLADORA PROFESIONAL, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2019 **What do you like best about Shedul?** It is a platform very easy to use, does not require learning curve, has a simple but functional design, is a web-based system that allows you to organize positively the aspects related to the administration of a spa, beauty salon or massage center, has key features such as inventory control and tracking, payroll management, customer database, scheduling appointments and recurring appointments, point of sale (POS), rental booths, among others, making it a very robust tool. **What do you dislike about Shedul?** This platform has great prestige and is well known in the industry so it is very reliable and secure, however, I would like you to a mobile application will be developed to increase assertive communication with our customers through this tool. **Recommendations to others considering Shedul:** Widely recommended, enjoys great prestige and reliability, also its free version is extraordinary so you will not have to pay any fees apart from that this program offers a very complete functionality. **What problems is Shedul solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool we have used since the opening of the spa in 2015 in these 4 years of use, we managed to establish a dynamic and bold and fully automated working methodology, having total control of the fundamental aspects of business management ranging from billing, point of sale (POS) to employee management, so we could decrease almost in its entirety the critical points in the production cycle of our business, generating greater productivity and efficiency, we are pleasantly satisfied with this program and will continue to use it. ### 6. Definitely user-friendly! I also enjoy the fact I can put the salons product inventory into this system as well! **What do you dislike about Shedul?** We had a few clients thinking that they had booked through the system but had not. I would like for there to be a way that this becomes fail proof eventually. **Recommendations to others considering Shedul:** Definitely sign up! I have truest enjoyed using this app! **What problems is Shedul solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have really enjoying having the organization and convenience of online booking. I didn't even need to go through any guides to learn it - just intuitive. It's also free and I can embed links to my website and Facebook. **What do you dislike about Shedul?** I would like to be able to block time out of my calender by just holding down a time slot rather tha. Going to the 'add new' button. **What problems is Shedul solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can create voucher codes from Shedul, which I hadn't thought about before. So I have a new revenue stream through that. ### 8. I liked it cause it was free and I was sole proprietorship. It allowed customization levels more than I expected . I liked the online booking and again free . **What do you dislike about Shedul?** Since it was marketed to salons I feel a database with familiar services already available to choose would be useful . Double booking not so easily done . **Recommendations to others considering Shedul:** Was free and it worked . They offer most of the same features as other cloud scheduling services but at no cost. My clients schedule online, get reminder texts and thank you emails. **What do you dislike about Shedul?** The only thing I dislike is that they have not made an app yet. I wish they had an Android app. When I schedule my clients I have to access my acct via their webpage bookmarked on the home screen of my phone. **Recommendations to others considering Shedul:** Just do it!
