**What do you like best about Shawman?**

all the modifier are all ready in bulit so it was best for that.

**What do you dislike about Shawman?**

time taken for all the closing reports so we switched

**What problems is Shawman solving and how is that benefiting you?**

there was no souport team for it because it runs on server

**What do you like best about Shawman?**

The system has all the Core Logics and Audits for a Food and beverage Environment. Do all the Jobs to Maintain, Track and plan Sales and Inventory.
The system is Build by taking all the inputs of the senior industry resources and have a great team who works with complete dedication and commitment.

The company maintains a perfect and healthy relationship with all its clients, nationally and internationally.

Integrates with Major PMS Applications and has a robust CRM in place.

**What do you dislike about Shawman?**

Initial Setup and Configurations are too detailed and take time to settle down, but once done rest assured it runs on auto pilot.

**Recommendations to others considering Shawman:**

Good to have App for anyone who owns and runs a Hotel and Restaurant.
Surely Recommended !!!

**What problems is Shawman solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Majorly it covers all areas of internal operations at a Hotel, starting from Billing, Maintaining the Inventory, Tracking Orders, and managing the Guest.
All the MIS are at Detailed Level and Email Supported.
Helps in controlling the Users by Creating the Acess Layers at a detailed level.
Onsite Installation and Training helps a user absorb more knowledge on the Product and services offered.
