Users determine their desired zip code, choose the number of records they want to obtain, and receive the data sets in their email as a .csv file. Data sets provided includes property address, property information, and financial information. ## Data Center Reviews ### 1. Server Mania - Very bad service **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** David P. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2023 **What do you like best about Data Center?** They have competitive pricing for dedicated servers. **What do you dislike about Data Center?** Terrible support and NO Refunds Just wanted to warn others about a terrible experience with @Servermania. I order full server support as part of my dedicated server, as suggested by the sales rep. Most of my support chats, I got “This is out of scope” from the support person on the end of the chat. I had to tell them to look up my plan. After they saw I had paid for full support, they escalated the request to next level. Escalation didn’t alway resolve the issue. I have servers with 4 different providers and the Server Mania guys are the worst. After 3 weeks and the server not working properly, I had to migrate the entire server to another provider, the new provider completed the entire migration in a day. Another major issue is their IP’s are polluted, so your domains will end up on spam. I just got an email that the range of IP’s they provided for my dedicated server will be removed and replaced. Imagine having to re do the IP’s on a bunch of domains and email servers. Good thing I migrated to another provider. Also, I made the mistake of trusting these guys and paid for a year up front. I won’t trust my clients stuff on this garbage. DON’T pay more than a month at a time. NO Refunds. **What problems is Data Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** They did not solve any of my issues, I had to transfer the entire service to another provider to solve my issues. ### 2. I had a great outcome. The leads were quite reliable. Setschedule pushes you to adhere to the schedule, and when you do, you'll realize how much value you're getting from this tool. I frequently employ it. and I require assistance with marketing or establishing new connections. I am the one searching for answers, especially on days when it is raining **What do you dislike about Data Center?** They must speed up the app data updates. It once experienced a crash.I don't really have many things about data centers that I don't like, but aside from the services being a touch pricey, everything is perfect. **What problems is Data Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are essentially giving us with Iaas service for cheaper money and we don't require any infrastructure to store our data. I can save a ton of money by employing this. ### 3. I'm the one looking for clues, especially on rainy days **What do you dislike about Data Center?** Need to upgrade their App data faster. It has crashed sometime. Need to more quickly. **What problems is Data Center solving and how is that benefiting you?** I expect exact leads, and previously, I used many services from different sources.
