Terrible support and NO Refunds
Just wanted to warn others about a terrible experience with @Servermania.
I order full server support as part of my dedicated server, as suggested by the sales rep.
Most of my support chats, I got “This is out of scope” from the support person on the end of the chat. I had to tell them to look up my plan. After they saw I had paid for full support, they escalated the request to next level. Escalation didn’t alway resolve the issue. I have servers with 4 different providers and the Server Mania guys are the worst. After 3 weeks and the server not working properly, I had to migrate the entire server to another provider, the new provider completed the entire migration in a day. Another major issue is their IP’s are polluted, so your domains will end up on spam. I just got an email that the range of IP’s they provided for my dedicated server will be removed and replaced. Imagine having to re do the IP’s on a bunch of domains and email servers. Good thing I migrated to another provider. Also, I made the mistake of trusting these guys and paid for a year up front. I won’t trust my clients stuff on this garbage. DON’T pay more than a month at a time. NO Refunds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
