Data accuracy of property lookup results is inaccurate or out of date more often than not. For example, data points like 'property type' and 'units' are consistently incorrect and county recording data is often inconsistent with REAPI search results. I am basin my comments off of a sample size of 2,000-5,000 property lookup searches spread across a range of counties throughout the United States. I have compared the accuracy and utility of REAPI lookup results with those obtained through far cheaper alternatives; the latter (e.g., RentCast) typically outperform REAPI lookup results. I have used several products, such as the MLS APIs and Public Record APIs, and everything functions smoothly. The API documentation is straightforward and easy to understand.
