What do you like best about ServiceNow Field Service Management?

ServiceNow Field Service Management offers a powerful way to organize and streamline field service operations. One of its most useful features is the automated work order and dispatch system, which helps assign jobs based on technician availability, location and skillset. This has helped us significantly reduce delays and how quickly tasks are assigned and completed. The mobile experience is another strong point. Field technicians stay updated in real-time, can upload job notes and close tasks directly from their devices, which improves coordination and reduces communication gaps. Another thing i really value is how well it integrates with other ServiceNow modules. Whether its tracking inventory, managing assets or running reports, everything feels connected and easy to manage in one place. The platform was relatively smooth to implement with the right planning and the customer support team has been helpful whenever i needed assistance. What do you dislike about ServiceNow Field Service Management?

While the platform is powerful, it does come with a steep learning curve. It took me some time to get comfortable with the interface and understand how to configure it to match my workflow. Some areas feel a bit complex, especially during initial setup and without prior experience, it can be time-consuming to navigate.
