**What do you like best about ServiceMonster?**

I like that I can schedule, route, email, mail my database easily within one program

**What do you dislike about ServiceMonster?**

The reporting needs work and the call center function needs completion in the newest update.  My call center cannot use the current version to schedule and the billing for the call center is very time consuming.  I also don't like that I can't print all AR invocies easily.

**What problems is ServiceMonster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Service Monster makes it easy to schedule our routes and keep in contact with our customers.  Utilizing one program with automated reminder emails saves me time and makes our company more  productive.

I found the product easy to use very streamlined and technicians find the app easy to use as well.  Because it's easy to use does not mean that it doesn't provide all the reports and information you need.  That's there as well!

**What do you dislike about ServiceMonster?**

Wish there was a new call center for version 6

**What problems is ServiceMonster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reports that keep technicians accountable for sales and service.  Sales are up!

**What do you like best about ServiceMonster?**

Customer service - they always answer quickly and are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about ServiceMonster?**

The money tracking isn't always the most accurate based on month you get payment.

**Recommendations to others considering ServiceMonster:**

There are some mobile loading issues occasionally otherwise it's great software.

**What problems is ServiceMonster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the reporting features and the lead tracking. Very easy interface to use.

**What do you like best about ServiceMonster?**

Google Maps and Fill My Schedule automation is a real time saver.

**What do you dislike about ServiceMonster?**

Internet based software is frequently slow and sometimes inaccessible. Integration with other software isn't as robust as I would like.  Bidirectional email and texting with blasting would be great.

**What problems is ServiceMonster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping customer records accurate, up to date and accessible.

The older version of the program is much better.

**What do you dislike about ServiceMonster?**

The new version of the program is inefficient and hard to navigate.

**What problems is ServiceMonster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are some crashes with the program, where it becomes slow to load.

**What do you like best about ServiceMonster?**

Service monster tries to have every feature that anyone would want or need. the result is that it can sometimes be a little complicated so there is a learning curve to get things working the way that you want them to.

**What do you dislike about ServiceMonster?**

Service monster expects you to run and have a process flow the way they would want you to, if you have a different process flow then what they expect or deem the right way, you have to adapt.
