**What do you like best about ServiceBench?**

ServiceBench provides a plethora of service management tools from the perspective of both providers and administrators. The availability of various tools makes it possible to run your entire business over servicebench. Some of it's best features are Scheduling, Communication and powerful analytics.

**What do you dislike about ServiceBench?**

As I mentioned earlier, ServiceBench provides a plethora of services. The main problem here is the User Experience. So much informations results in a clutter and not a great user interface.

**What problems is ServiceBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Service Bench solves all issues related to service scalability, analytics, effective management, marketing campaigns, lead generation, communication and management,

Would love more space to write in orders details wish numbers would display clearer

**What do you like best about ServiceBench?**

Several ways to communicate with service providers & check their calendar. It can hold a library of service job records & part info & makes it easy to search for them.

**What do you dislike about ServiceBench?**

Still some bugs that need to be worked out. Some functions don't function.

**What problems is ServiceBench solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the central hub of the home warranty world.
