**What do you like best about Serif AI?**

We’ve been using Serif.ai to manage our inbox, and it’s been a real relief for our office. The drafts come out clear and natural, making replies much faster and easier. More than three-fourths of our email work has been taken off our plate, and the inbox feels far more organized.

What also stands out is their customer support — always responsive and helpful whenever we need it. Very thankful for this platform, and we look forward to using Serif.ai for many more years.

**What do you dislike about Serif AI?**

Everything seems to be good so far. Maybe the dashboard could be a little bit more colorful - to spice things up.
