What do you like best about Sequence Commerce?

We tried managing everything with our internal team for almost two years. We thought we were doing pretty well—sales were growing, and ACoS seemed okay. But honestly, agency expertise makes a real difference. The reporting is incredibly detailed but also digestible. We get custom dashboards showing attribution across different campaign types, and Jake's team has set up tracking so we can see which keywords are actually driving incremental sales versus cannibalizing organic. They track Total ACoS, which gives us a much clearer picture of profitability. Having this level of visibility has completely changed how we make decisions about budget allocation. What do you like best about Sequence Commerce?

Our product images and A+ Content were pretty basic before working with Sequence. Vanessa leads their creative team and has completely transformed our listings. The sponsored brand videos they produced are clean, professional, and actually tell our story in a way that resonates. Our click-through rate on video ads improved significantly, and we're seeing much better conversion rates on the PDPs now. The creative work integrates seamlessly with the advertising strategy. The keyword research is way more sophisticated than what we were doing. Sayali doesn't just look at search volume-She analyzes conversion probability, competitive density, and consumer intent. She found a bunch of long-tail keywords that cost less per click but convert at higher rates. This has been crucial for our new product launches too. What do you like best about Sequence Commerce?

We've been on Amazon for a while now and tried a couple other agencies before finding

Sequence. The others talked a big game but delivered mediocre results. We were stuck at around $150K monthly revenue and couldn't figure out how to grow without tanking our margins.

The strategy they implemented focused on improving organic rank through strategic advertising, defending our brand terms aggressively, and using competitor ASIN targeting to steal market share.
