But honestly, agency expertise makes a real difference. The reporting is incredibly detailed but also digestible. We get custom dashboards showing attribution across different campaign types, and Jake's team has set up tracking so we can see which keywords are actually driving incremental sales versus cannibalizing organic. They track Total ACoS, which gives us a much clearer picture of profitability. Having this level of visibility has completely changed how we make decisions about budget allocation.
