What do you like best about Semper?

Semper is very Useful. Their switchboard is very efficient, you dont wait long to get connected to their very friendly and helpful team, the likes of Zizipho who really goes out of the way to resolve anything that you require help with every time you call for assistance. With an additional of Any desk, semper makes communication very easy and accurate as you can work on the same screen at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Semper?

nothing really, the fact that they have an after hours contact makes it more reliable for service providers like us who require their services at night, over the weekends and even on public holiday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Semper?

The software is easy to understand. A lot of things are self-explanatory, so you do not need to be technology savy to use to the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Semper?

Whenever the program has an update, it brings about problems with the software. Things that you would be able to access prior to the update become diffult to use. The update also issues out inaccurate reports. Tried contacting customer service and I was not able to recieve any help, just recieved attitude. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Semper?

The Semper Web based version is excellent and more appealling. The visual display or resolution is nice. Its easy to use to send reservations or booking details. Customer support is always ready to assist. It has plenty features or tools to aid decision making. I use Semper daily and its easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Semper?

The down side is that its largely dependent on a stable internet connection, if the internet connection is poor its frustrating to use. Also moving a booking is a bit difficult.
