**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Seismic is super helpful not only for clients but to educate ourselves on tests that we may not be super confident about. It gives great talking points and features that are helpful with selling. I love that they are easily downloadable and easily accessible when in the field when a client is needing more information and we do not have the physical brochure we can simply email them. The documents are professional and catch the eye.
I also love the digital sales room because it takes the hassle out of trying to come up with a good marketing email, it does it for us and allows us to customize how we need.

This is a digital world, and most are not wanting more papers and brochures to look at, most just get tossed. I love that the digital sales room shows you when they opened, how long, and how far into the email they got. This is helpful because we know they are interested and can start the conversation in the next visit.

The onboarding process could be improved with more detailed setup guides and troubleshooting steps, especially for first-time users.

I love that Seismic Content isn't just a library; it shows what content actually gets used, influences deals, and drives progression. It closes the loop between marketing and sales in ways that most systems don't. Seismic Content stands out because it shows which content actually drives engagement and deal progression, helping sales and marketing stay aligned and focus on what truly moves revenue. The initial setup was fairly easy and straightforward from an end-user perspective.

Navigation and search can feel clunky at times, and it takes effort to keep content consistently organized and up to date across teams. Improving tagging standards, tightening relevance with better filtering and ranking, and simplifying navigation so reps can surface the right content in fewer clicks would make the experience significantly more efficient.

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

I love using Seismic Content to retrieve HUB marketing documents and slide decks, and it's incredibly useful for engaging with our specialty practices. I find access to information much easier compared to our SharePoint, which saves me time and effort. The fact that it's all HUB vetted provides peace of mind, and having all necessary contact information for each specialty practice in one place is a great feature. Despite the overwhelming volume of information, I appreciate that Seismic Content makes it easy to search and find what I need. I can retrieve many slide decks without needing to store them locally, which is helpful. The quick links tab is another fantastic feature that allows me to access Oracle, Workday, and the travel hub quickly. The extensive volume of information allows me to choose the best source documents to provide to my clients, with all content being HUB branded, which is essential for client presentations. I would rate the content a 10 for its richness and relevance.

The volume of information can be overwhelming and makes it easy to go down a rabbit hole if you're not using specific search parameters.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Seismic Content for easy access to HUB marketing documents and contact information. It simplifies searching, making it easier than SharePoint to find information. The HUB-vetted materials with multiple source documents enhance client presentations, though the large volume can be overwhelming without specific search parameters.

Seismic makes it easy to quickly find and share the right content. Having one centralized place for approved, up-to-date assets saves time and helps keep messaging consistent throughout the sales cycle. Quick click filters and predictive search features bring maximum efficiencies when managing  a ton of content.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

The main downside is the initial learning curve. Because Seismic houses a large volume of content, it can feel overwhelming at first for new hires, and finding the right asset quickly depends on strong tagging and ongoing content hygiene.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seismic content solves the problem of scattered, outdated, and inconsistent sales materials. By centralizing approved content in one place with a clean,  it makes it much easier to find, navigate, and share the right assets quickly. The integration with our digital asset manager has really brought content management to the next level.

The entirety of my job relies on the Seismic Content Platform. We use the Seismic Orchestrator to share out Win Stories to our Sales team, we love LiveDocs, LiveSends and DSRs. Content Management has never been easier with Seismic.

Nothing! Without Seismic my job would be so much more difficult and tiresome.

Our Reps are adopting Seismic tools and since Onboarding Seismic the time to close  has significantly increased since before Seismic was apart of our everyday business.

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

The team at Seismic has been great in rolling out newest innovations for testing with their customers and allowing those customers to connect with product management to get feedback to the teams working hard on innovation. It's nice to be included in the product design as the innovation is developed. 

Ease of platform functionality lets us build specific hubs for the sales teams on topics they are most interested in and streamline where the teams find the latest and greatest information. We've gotten the platform integrated with Salesforce to allow write-back functionality and ensure the teams are able to keep a log every time they communicate with customers. The analytics allow marketing teams to develop the right content and get it offered up to sales for internal and customer use. 

Ease of access to other customers to gain new ideas and learn from their experiences. This has been so helpful in planning expansion within our organization. 

As we continue to drive workflow efficiencies for our customer-facing teams, it's so refreshing to have a CSM team that supports us in our efforts. They bring examples from other customers, help brainstorm with us, and take our ideas back to the product team.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Ease of syncing documents - if we have multiple teams uploading it's difficult to remember/see that hey this document might already exist.

Enabling the customer-facing teams to find the latest and greatest information in one spot, understanding what content is being used and how this resonates with customers.

Seismic is my essential source of truth for sales content. It helps me provide high-impact, organized, up-to-date content to my sales team  and measure and track impact. Internal pages are easy to design and a great way to provide a collection of related content for easy access, or to build sales plays.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Sometimes new content uploads can take 3-5 minutes to sync to content profiles and pages. I would be even happier with Seismic if this sync was faster.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps maintain version control on sales and marketing assets, and make content easy to find. This benefits me because I don't have to worry about informing sales reps every time a piece of content is updated and circulating a new PDF or link. I only have to update it in one place and the link stays the same. It also gives me confidence that our customers have access to the best and most recent information because content shared externally updates automatically too.

What i like best about seismic is that it always helps me find the right, updated content at the right time. I don't have to worry about using old decks or wrong versions anymore. It makes my work easier and gives me confidence that I'm sharing the best material with customers whenevr need

Sometimes it feels a bit heavy and complex for new users. There's a learning curve at the start, and it can take time to get fully comfortable finding content and using all the features. Also, search and filters don't always return exactly what I expect, so i still spend time digging occassionally.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seismic solves the problem of scattered, outdated sales content. Earlier,it was hard to know which deck or document was the right to use, and a lot of time was wasted searching across folders and emails. With seismic, everything is centralized, alwys up to date abd easy to share from within Microsoft tools. This leads to saves me time ,improves consistency in messaging and helps me engage customers more confidently and effectively.

I love the functionality of using Seismic and working in Sales it has helped tremendously with our marketing and communications to both our brokers and clients.   Uniquely, Seismic has the ability to track documents and give us an idea of what are clients and brokers are reading and using.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Because of the wealth and proportion of information we have on Seismic, sometimes it is difficult to find the document you are looking for.   There is an ability to save documents as favorites though which is helpful for ones used frequently.

**Recommendations to others considering Seismic Enablement Cloud:**

Seismic is a great organizational tool.    It can help with efficiency and streamlining along with increasing communication and awareness of your organization and what you are promoting.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales folks have been able to adapt easily to Seismic and it is easy to use.   As far as solving problems, it is making it easier to send documents and also create links to documents (with tracking ability and expiration dates).

Few points:
- Organizing all content into one central location. Allows us to finally execute a organization-wide content strategy based on data.
- Previously content was sent via Outlook attachments, and then lost in the aether, now we have more control and understanding over this.
- Additional features that help automate content in the sales cycle

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

It is a big change in workflow to what salespeople are used to - for better or for worse - so training can be challenging at points. Sending content via links is also a fundamental limitation, as some clients do not open external links as per company policy, though there are some additional features and workarounds to help this.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales finding content quicker. Giving content creators feedback on content. Gaining insight on clients' usage of content. Allowing all content in a sales cycle to be managed in one place. Also, not implemented yet - but presentation builder solving all sorts of problems relevant to salespeople producing presentations.

The initial setup and content migration process was time-intensive and required significant planning. Some advanced features have a steep learning curve that requires dedicated training time. Occasionally the search functionality doesn't surface the most relevant results on the first try.

It is an essential tool for all Revenue Organisations. It provides a great digital space to organise, manage and deploy to Revenue Team different GTM assets organised to be easily discoverable. 
It goes beyond only having a place to store content - It provides ability to share assets with customers as a single file or in a form of well structured and easily built landing pages, provides a chance for Seller to understand customer engagement with content. Customers are having differentiated experience while interacting with well organised material. Champions love it! 
Marketing and Sales Enablement have amazing analytics to work with as they evaluate what content performs, how Sellers are using it and what should be improved.

Our Team has adopted it with very high numbers. One of the best adopted tools across the organisation including junior and high tenure Sellers. 

Customer Support is best in class!

While it works  well with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office is having better  performance.

Having talked to multiple sales enablement providers, Seismic has the most functionality, support, and provides industry leading customer support.  Seismic on the admin side has very high ease of use, the implementation and post implementation support was seamless and the platform easily integrates with multiple systems.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

My dislike would not be any fault of Seismic it would be more so on the user side and our users going to the global search and using Seismic as another form of Google, I would prefer our users get ramped up on the system quicker to maximize it's value.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seismic provides an excellent platform for organizing content, allowing for collaboration between multiple users, and putting the right content - in front of the right person- at the right time.

What I appreciate most about Seismic is how it turns sales content management into a measurable strategic asset. The platform streamlines the centralization of all materials, making sure that customer service teams can access only the most current and approved content, which is consistent with the brand image. This leads to excellent synergy between marketing and sales, while also greatly minimizing the risk of regulatory non-compliance.

The primary drawback is its integration with other ecosystems. Although it works seamlessly with Microsoft, organizations that rely mainly on Google platforms may encounter some challenges or find that certain features do not function as fully as they could.

As a Sales Enablement Program Manager I really appreciate the access to data and insights that show me who is using what content and how. It makes it incredibly powerful to communicate with leadership across Sales and Marketing to show them what's actually working and impacting the Sales funnel. I can also easily make requests of our content and business unit teams to create valuable assets knowing what is resonating with our users.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

It is a bit difficult to set up in a way that works for everyone and can take a lot of time and effort maintaining a metadata system that allows for all of the features and metrics to be easily used. There's always a better way to do things and it's a constant learning experience.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seismic has become a 'go-to' resource for our Sales teams to check when they need assets or support. It's a single system that allows us to house many different kinds of content for a variety of user groups and provide it to the right people at the right time. Our users know they can find what they need when they go to Seismic or find who to reach out to if it's not there. This simplifies their lives and our MarCom team by giving us all 1 place to look rather than having to check a variety of systems.

From an admin perspective, it provides metrics that show us exactly what kinds of content and subject matter is most useful to our Sales teams and how our customers engage with the assets we create. This informs where to focus time and energy and gives a clear roadmap of priorities when developing new materials.

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

In a nutshell, I can confidently say that Seismic has brought better consistency, structure, and strategic insight to how we manage content and enable our sales teams. It's saving our sales teams time, improving customer experience, and is helping us to stay aligned with sales and marketing priorities - it is a key part to our enablement strategy.

Getting Seismic up and running was easy too. The support team, specifically Declan Rabbitte, has guided us through initial setup and integrations, and have been there every step of the way - most users were productive with it almost immediately and we are seeing improved adoption and engagement growth daily. We can't wait to see what the future holds as this really is just the start for us.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Not a criticism, but if I had to pick, I would say that with such a wide range of tools, it can feel a bit overwhelming at the start. Some features feel underutilised because they’re hard to discover or aren’t immediately relevant to everyone.

We've found a workaround this has been to use announcements and reminders in the early adoption stages to encourage and remind users what's available for them to use.

Seismic have provided the business with a content solution that allows the GTM team to be professional in their approach to prospects and customers, while internally ensuring they have all the resources they need to do their job really effectively.  It has simplified the search of resources by the GTM team who find it easy to use especially with the integration with SharePoint which means the resources are uploaded quickly.

Seismic addresses the challenge of scattered, outdated, or duplicated content by enforcing a structured content lifecycle. Materials are uploaded, reviewed, and published through a governance process and roles like Seismic Librarians  This ensures that only approved, relevant, and compliant content is visible to users. Seismic helps reduce ramp-up time for new hires by centralising learning and coaching materials alongside sales content,  This supports early talent identification, competency tracking, and continuous development. While Seismic aims to simplify access through filters and structured folders, your team has noted that users often struggle to find what they need—especially when they don’t know exactly what to search for , this however, is being addressed through better tagging, clearer folder logic, and end user training.

The benefits to me and my team, is that Seismic brings together sales, marketing, and training content in one place, allowing us to deliver just-in-time resources, and learning modules directly within the seller’s workflow. Also knowing that all content is reviewed periodically and at expiration, ensuring accuracy and compliance, it reduces risk and builds trust in the materials we use and share . We have a vast amount of sales content and collateral that doesn't only need to be instantly accessible to our customer-facing teams but also needs to be easy to manage and maintain for both content creators and platform managers. Seismic takes care of all of that, allowing us to focus on the content itself, and making sure our sales people are getting the best out of it, which includes some very forward-thinking enablement features we're very keen to keep rolling out.

In an ideal world, everything we have would be on Seismic but it's not, and getting everything to work together is reliant on all kinds of integrations that understandably aren't necessarily there as standard.

Seismic holds integrations with an abundancy of commonly known software applications. In our company case it is "Percolate". From a corporate perspective, it is very convenient to collect all sorts of marketing content at one place. Campaign, assets and requests can be managed centrally to make sure that only material is posted which complies with corporate design rules.

You might lose the overview on all the integrated applications, but a categorization could help to tidy up.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is bringing together the functionalities of well-known applications from leading software companies (Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)  via Seismic Exchange. This allows a customized scaling. In our company case at Bosch Rexroth, we use the marketing software "Percolate" being part of the Seismic Toolsuite. The overall goal for the future is to upscale integrations in our IT company landscape with the help of Seismic Content.

Maybe obsolete information could be more available.  I would rather see categories that would eliminate too much information presented.  Needs to be better defined way to move backward.

Creating and editing pages is relatively simple, and much improved since the most recent round of UI updates. LiveSends providing engagement analytics is extremely valuable.

No major downsides, you just need to invest the time and have a team in place to work on content management as a continuous motion.

Seismic has a very scalable sales enablement platform that can work on large enterprise deployments. The permissioning and syncing with other systems is top notch to ensure a large deployment is effective, and controllable. There are many capabilities that make administrative work easier such as Sharepoint integration, bulk tagging, and now AI capabilities on top of it.

- It also gives salespeople analytics on what they send.

All together, this improves usage and findability of relevant collateral to both our internal teams and customers. Having a Sales Enablement platform is a must have for any sales organization.

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

As a foundation, the process for finding content is seamless, so much so that it's helped us change the culture of our sellers to now bring value to customer interactions with content. 

The analytics each time a piece of content is shared is so valuable, our sellers, sales leaders and the board love this insight. It allows us to understand the content that works but also how engaged a client is during the sales cycle. 

The DSR has been the most impressive feature. We're working on lots of use cases but primarily, we're embedding this into our customer experience, where a DSR will be opened for all customers as their one hub to access relevant content for them. Their contract, their latest commercial proposal, an introduction video to their account management team, escalation detail, how-to videos etc. This has had the biggest impact on adoption as everyone loves them. 

The platform was so easy to implement with the support of the project team - we're so happy with the impact in the first 3 months and can't wait for what's to come.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Like with any change management, some sellers are less likely to adopt Seismic dependent on their background, their approach and how big of a change this is. We have a few who have never shared content with customers, so they couldn't see the value (which is a sales training point) but regardless, this did impact on Seismic adoption. So my advice would always be to ensure you're putting the time into enabling your people to sell through content. If you have experienced, successful and agile salespeople, they will LOVE the platform. But it can be tricky to adopt for some.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business, we struggled with disparate content sources, inconsistent branding, and fundamentally, sellers were wasting time trying to find the content they needed to share with their customers to help educate and bring value to their interactions. Seismic has completely solved these issues and more! **What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Seismic is our central source of truth for our sales and customer success teams and it's been a vital part of our process for over 2 years. Seismic's robust library and categorization structure make it easy to surface the right content to the right user at the right time and in the right place. Having the flexibility to organize the content the way we need has been core to adoption and made even more impactful with the analytics and engagement information we and our reps receive on content.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Seismic has been very receptive to product feedback and has made many improvements over the years. The core feature improvement that would make a major difference for my team and my end users is greater search functionality. Without Aura, searching for content is a challenge often and we've had to create resource hubs to help our reps find what they need without searching.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seismic Content keeps our content organized, categorized, and measured. The ability to have a central system of truth is important, but having the data is even more important. We also use Seismic for their buildable content to ensure our teams are using up-to-date pitch decks and other assets when presenting to prospects or customers. We have found great success with DSRs for sharing content, particular with larger prospects and the ability to transfer ownership to our CSM team is a huge functionality win!

**What do you like best about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

Seismic is constantly improving and delivers value across all revenue generating teams. We initial looked at Seismic as an Enablement platform, but soon found that it can do so much more. 
With the functionality in Seismic it has brought together Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement and Onboarding all in one platform to work together, with both Personal Development of individuals but also collaboration and communication of resources in one place.

**What do you dislike about Seismic Enablement Cloud?**

We want to use Seismic more, but because some functionality isn't available in all Languages yet we have that limitation. As soon as it is (which we believe will be this year), we will look at rolling out more.

**What problems is Seismic Enablement Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business had no way to manage all its resources, there is so much content that comes from Marketing often the teams were using out of date content, or didn't know where different things were located. Seismic brings all this together in a structure you can decide and edit for what works for you. Then not only that you know everyone on Seismic has the most up to date content and always on brand with the resources and messaging.
