**What do you like best about SeedLegals?**

It's hard to break it down to being just one thing. But, I'd have to go with the platform itself as it is so intuitive and well thought out. It does so many things within one platform, it  is as if someone went out to solve all of the operational challenges with a startup in one place.

**What do you dislike about SeedLegals?**

Nothing really. There are a few very minor UI things that could be easier, so as pulling team information into other pages a little easier, but, once you realise how to do it it's easy.

**What problems is SeedLegals solving and how is that benefiting you?**

(The above field only gave the option of the purpose being fundraising, but, we don't use SeedLegals for that (we're bootstrapped). But, from what I can tell the funding functionality is super!) We use SeedLegals for managing our Captable/stock options as well as all of the team contracts and much more.

Docs for both the team and for fundraising various size rounds

More flexibility on some docs as some don't allow for much customisation.
