What do you like best about Secured Signing?

What our team likes best about Secured Signing is how much time it saves us and how seamlessly it integrates with our CRM. It pulls all required information directly from the CRM, which significantly reduces manual data entry and eliminates the risk of human error.

The automated follow-ups for outstanding documents are another huge benefit - our team no longer needs to manually track and chase signatures, which streamlines our workflow and keeps processes moving efficiently.

And once documents are signed, they are automatically uploaded back into the CRM. This end-to-end automation has made our document management process far more efficient, accurate, and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Secured Signing?

We haven’t had any negative experiences with Secured Signing. The platform has been reliable and easy to use.

"Streamlined Document Signing with Robust Security"
What do you like best about Secured Signing?

I really like Secured Signing's smart tags, which allow me to automatically place them in all the right places in each document when I create it. They offer a lot of control over the format of the tag, letting me set out name, address, mobile number for second factor authentication, signing order, and if a job title is required. Creating documents is seamless, especially when using a document automation tool like HotDocs to automatically create and place these smart tags. Also, the initial setup of Secured Signing was very easy for us, which was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Secured Signing?

What do you like best about Secured Signing?

What do you dislike about Secured Signing?

Form Filler could be more flexible with its features. Ability to copy and paste or move form fields into different pages, bulk edit multiple templates, being able to edit the template itself after being uploaded to FormFiller (currently needing to reupload a whole template to make changes), Form Filler preview mode custom fields (font and location in the template) does not match actual PDF template being signed which makes it hard to edit. What do you like best about Secured Signing?

The application is very easy to use and navigate. We implemented it during the pandemic time and Secured Signing had significantly simplified the lives of our employees. The need to have a printer to work from home has disappeared. Our company uses this system to circulate documents for final signatures, we do not use it to review and collaborate, although this feature is offered.

The things that stand out:

1. Ease of loading documents of any format

2. Ease of use. It's very intuitive.

3. Ability to use Templates to setup documents for signatures.

4. Ability to sign one document at a time, or create a package of several documents and circulate that to a group of approvers

5. Having the ability to configure system settings to a specific parameters

6. Technical support - Quick response, even though there is a more than 17 hours difference. Secured Signing have always gone the extra mile to help us improve the system to meet the industry requirements. For example, system audit trail report which details changes made to system configuration in the admin portal is an industry requirement. After our team has expressed the strong need for such feature, Secured Signing created this report and made it available for us to test in the test environment. This is much appreciated and helps us stay compliant with regulations.

7. The system is integrated with Microsoft and this improves system's usability. We are able to send documents for signatures from any Microsoft application or SharePoint site. This is a very helpful feature.

8. Secured Signing has become or most frequently used system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Secured Signing?

The one issue that would be nice to have, is the have the ability to sign a document in parts, and not all at ones.

For example, if there is a pre-approval and post approval, the system does not offer the ability to pre-approve a document first, then come back and apply post-approvals at a later time. The fix now is to add first half of signatures for pre-approvals first, and then when the document is ready for post-approval, it will be re-uploaded for final signatures. The drawback it loses the signature certification of pre-approvals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Secured Signing?

Digital signing solution that isn't just an image-based timestamp and uses proper PKI technology that follows the document. Real-time progress and monitoring of the signing process. The Video signing is great for those tricky legal documents during lockdowns. Integrating the smart tags really speeds up the process from proposal to close.
