**What do you like best about Scraping Defense?**

I found it easily integrated into my work process without the need to considerably alter existing code. This was helpful in conserving time during implementation and other stressed resources such as space.

**What do you dislike about Scraping Defense?**

I was thrilled to know that honeypots are used but their usage does not last. Pryingeyes is sophisticated and slips through such traps easily leaving my real data exposed. I expected the bot identification system to be stronger than that.

**What problems is Scraping Defense solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scraping Defense successfully prevented some basic scraping attempts to a certain extent and make the administrator feel relieved. Its inability to manage more complex bots led to my PII data being vulnerable. In this regard, I still have to put in place a more improved way of doing it.
