# Which Diversity Recruiting tools eliminate slow platform performance when handling large candidate datasets?

Performance complaints in diversity recruiting software rarely show up as "the app crashed." They show up as search results, take longer to load, have filters time out, or a talent pool becomes unusable once it crosses a certain size. Pulling from reviewer feedback specifically on this:

SeekOut: Reviewers mention it handling large-scale searches across multiple data sources without the lag some competitors show at similar volume, though a few note a learning curve on the advanced filters.

hireEZ: Comes up for maintaining speed across multi-channel searches even when a sourcing list runs into the thousands. Has anyone actually tested it against a candidate database in the six-figure range, or does that number stay theoretical for most teams?

Eightfold AI: Built around enterprise-scale talent intelligence, reviewers point to it staying responsive even when pulling from a company's full historical applicant data alongside active candidates.

Does that ranking hold up as reliably for niche technical roles as it does for high-volume ones?

I'd be interested to hear whether anyone has actually tested these against a six-figure candidate database, since a lot of the performance claims here seem to top out around the thousands range. That's a meaningfully different scale.
