**What do you like best about Samespace?**

Samespace AI Tool is User Friendly and users navigate easily, so this is the main benefit for the user perspective.

This is Seamless integration with the popular CRM System so this is the reason smooth Workflow management.

Samespace is a real time monitoring and analytics so this feature is helping for the task performance effeciency

The call distribution and filter features is a customer interactions prespective more effective.

**What do you dislike about Samespace?**

The AI Tools in the customization options are very limited so this reason users some time headaches.

Sometimes I face a connection issue, so this is a major issue, the all is good from my end.

**What problems is Samespace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Samespace is a one step up for the AI, because customer interactions and team collaboration and her service is all the good.

Some interesting feature is like a CRM integration,Real time monitoring and CRM Integration.

Main Benefites is a smart call routing system and filtering is a reducing user time so this is a best points.

**What do you like best about Samespace?**

Samespace has easy to use UI, where you can filter any calls that you specifically would want to watch / hear. Apart from the UI, it has great integrations with Saelsforce and alike tools.

**What do you dislike about Samespace?**

Nothing as of yet that I could see as a misfit.

**What problems is Samespace solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Quality and training purpose 
- Tracking calls for note keeping purpose 
- Log keeping of the number of calls made for outbounding

Samespace is the most efficient way to manage your business, whether you're a small entrepreneur or an established business. It has great features that help with everything from creating new customer accounts to tracking sales and expenses. I am very impressed by Samespace's features and how well it works for my business as a whole.

The product has great features and is very user-friendly. I am always excited to use the tools that Samespace provides. The customer service is excellent as well, which allows me to get my questions answered right away! I don't dislikes anything.

Samespace is a business tool that increases productivity, customer experience and employee engagement. Samespace helps you organize your email and social media in one place so it’s easy to manage them all from one place. It also has great analytics tools that help you gain valuable insights into how your company is performing on social media, plus important metrics such as time spent reading emails or viewing Facebook posts can be tracked to see which content drives the most clicks or comments. The best part about this product is that it provides excellent business insights!
