This included integrating marketing automation and crm software into the site. **What do you like best about Salted Stone?** Salted Stone's portfolio is filled with an impressive array of websites, but what really separates them from the dozens of other website designers I researched over the course of a year is their strategic approach and deep knowledge about what it takes to build a lead-generating and dynamic website. The team assimilated a high volume of information and materials about our business at the outset of this project, and articulated our business and online position quickly and with great precision. Working with them made all the difference in a successful website launch. **What do you dislike about Salted Stone?** Our website needed to addresses three key stakeholders, all with large dependencies on the site, which meant we needed to front load more work in the early development sprints than is typical of a growth-driven-design approach. Unfortunately this ate up more agency hours than we anticipated and led to some scope creep. Although initially frustrating, our account team were resourceful and retooled the original plan to ensure we accomplished all the goals of our website in the timeline we set forward, and at the quality we were satisfied with. **What problems is Salted Stone solving and how is that benefiting you?** Salted Stone helped us solve for 3 main problems: 1. They are a diamond partner and had great references and an excellent portfolio of work, so we hired them for our website redesign. We were so pleased with their website design, copywriting/editing & development, so we then hired them to help with our inbound marketing programs and have them on retainer for ongoing website maintenance and updates. They'll also be helping more with our SEO strategy next year as well as our nurture email campaigns. **What do you like best about Salted Stone?** We we hired them to help with our content marketing and inbound programs, their content strategists and copywriters really took the time to do a deep dive into our business to fully understand who we are, what we do, who our audience is, how our products/solutions help customers, trends in our industry, etc. They are very receptive to feedback and are great to collaborate with. They produce great content for us and we're very satisfied with all of their work - website design/development, content creation, etc. **What do you dislike about Salted Stone?** They work in sprints, which I am personally okay with, but my company is very fast-paced and sometimes need things done immediately, so I just wanted to comment about their sprint schedule might be a challenge to companies that are more reactive to things and have many urgent or unplanned requests. There have been a couple of unexpected requests from stakeholders that needed to be done right away, but Salted Stone is very accommodating and did their best to get it done within the current sprint or they worked on it in the upcoming sprint. ### 10. The longer that relationship continued, however, we saw a decline in their attentiveness, responsiveness, and level of service.
