What do you dislike about Salesvue?
The system seemed to break down in a new and creative way every time we added a plan. We could not clone plans without major problems, and Nicole's intervention. It got so bad with various issues in SalesVue, that we had to create an internal spreadsheet to track how these issues were being solved. If Nicole was out for any reason (understand this...she does have a life after all), we knew we wouldn't hear back for days if at all.
Most crucially, we were told this would load inbound leads from Salesforce automatically to ensure a fast response. I'm a big believer in speed to lead. When we purchased, we were told this would work unconditionally. Initially, we were told the problem was we needed an API package from SalesForce. If we just had that we could have leads automatically uploaded. They assured us the problem would be resolved when we told them we had the API package.
Then Salesvue came back and told us no, we needed to upgrade our SalesForce plan. That they only had this capability for Enterprise plans. We hadn't changed our SalesForce plan since we purchased SalesVue. They knew from the beginning what we had. Seven months after purchasing SalesVue we were told that "We are currently in the process of building an Edition of Salesvue that will work for Platform users, as we have other customers in a similar situation."
It's a known issue and they seem to be selling a capability that they just don't have.
The reporting has been inconsistent and indecipherable. We want to track call duration, some calls have it, some do not, with no apparent pattern. In addition, they have no solution to fix it.
SalesVue has been so bad, that we went and purchased SalesLoft, at a higher cost, with time still left on our SalesVue contract. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
