It mainly helps with real-time call insights, AI-driven coaching, and conversation analytics. It also offers easy CRM integration, which supports improved sales performance by providing actionable feedback.

**What do you dislike about Salesken?**

I’ve noticed occasional lag during calls, which can be frustrating at times. Report customization also feels somewhat limited, so it’s not always easy to tailor reports the way I’d like. There’s a bit of a learning curve for new users as well, and overall the experience depends heavily on call quality.

**What problems is Salesken solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving sales call quality by identifying conversation gaps and providing real-time guidance. It also helps with better objection handling, boosts conversions, and reduces the need for manual call analysis.

I haven't come across any issues as such yet. it is a easy application to be used. have used application frequently and waiting to integrate new feature.

We have been using the salesken platform for a couple of months now and have seen significant increases in productivity. salesken is a company that utilizes machine learning tech to analyze the calls your reps make and then suggests what your reps should do differently and what they should keep doing. The tool is great because it helps you get more leads and sales, and increases employee productivity and motivation at the same time.easy to use and implement the product. they provide great support.  high frequency of useage and made well use of the product with easy integration. 
This saves you from having to come up with your own framework, which takes a lot of time and doesn't always turn out as well as you'd like.

There is not much to complain or that I dislike about this platform

I have a small team of 15 people. The sales team has been making calls and landing clients. The problem was that I was not getting good leads and was struggling to sell my products. And you know the best part? This AI-based sales call tracking service is more affordable than hiring a team of expert humans!

I'm not all big on this however you may want to look into the transcripts.

All great if you can just fix the issue with calls not getting connected sometimes..

We were looking to increase our sales by reducing the number of times we needed to contact our leads. We tried several different software including Salesforce but weren't happy with the results. Out of desperation we tried salesken. Our sales increased by 20% in a few months by using salesken. We're very happy with the results and would highly recommend it to anyone whi needs to increase their sales.

I haven't come across anything wrong with Salesken.

This product helps call centers increase productivity. Which is done  by using AI and ML to provide feedback on conversations for reps to use. It compares every single call to successful calls to measure success.

**What do you dislike about Salesken?**

Not one thing about salesken would prevent me from recommending it.

**What problems is Salesken solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Salesken uses AI and ML to identify what a successful sales call looks like, then each rep is given a call recording and the Salesken AI scores the call. The reps get a score for each of the elements considered a "success" (closing, asking for the sale, etc) and also a score for each of the elements considered a "failure" (talking too long, not asking for the sale, etc).

Salesken provides real-time reports of key insights, team progress and quality score on a daily basis, 
It provides comprehensive view of the perfomance of sales team in easly readable and accessible reports with key insights like call quality, team progress, and quality score. It provides real-time feedback to improve the perfomance of team, which helps the sales rep to improve the call quality in real time. The revenue intelligence feature helps to forecast the revenue that can be generated and provides useful insights to achieve that insight.
