&lt;p&gt;In most accounts I&#39;ve come across, the integration eliminates the bulk of manual entry, things like scores and pass/fail decisions sync over fine, but recruiters still end up hand-copying anything nuanced, like interviewer notes or context that doesn&#39;t fit neatly into a field the sync was built for. That gap tends to be small enough that nobody bothers reconfiguring the integration to fix it, so it just becomes the one manual step people accept as normal.&lt;/p&gt;
