What do you like best about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?

The best thing about Salesforce Revenue Cloud is how seamlessly it integrates CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) with billing and revenue recognition. It makes the entire quote-to-cash cycle efficient, especially for businesses with complex pricing models or multiple product combinations. The automation of approvals, guided selling, and real-time pricing updates really help our sales team move faster and reduce manual errors. What do you dislike about Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud)?

While it’s a powerful tool, the initial setup and customization can be time-consuming and requires a fair amount of expertise. Some features feel over-engineered for smaller or mid-sized teams, and performance can occasionally lag when dealing with very large product catalogs. What problems is Agentforce Revenue Management (formerly Salesforce Revenue Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Revenue Cloud, our sales and billing processes were heavily manual, with frequent back-and-forth between departments for pricing approvals, quote generation, and invoicing. Revenue Cloud has helped us solve this by centralizing all pricing, product configuration, and billing workflows into one system. This has significantly reduced turnaround time on quotes, minimized errors, and improved visibility for both sales and finance teams. It also allows us to respond to customer changes faster, especially in subscription-based scenarios, which is a big plus in today’s dynamic business environment. “What I like best about Salesforce Revenue Cloud is how it centralizes and automates the entire revenue lifecycle—from quoting to contracting to billing—while providing real-time visibility into revenue performance. The integration between CPQ, Billing, and analytics makes it much easier to manage complex pricing models, accelerate deal cycles, and reduce errors.
