"All-in-One Partner Management with Seamless Collaboration and Pipeline Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

What I like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud is how it brings partner management, collaboration, lead sharing, and pipeline visibility into one platform. It makes it easier for internal teams and partners to stay aligned and work from the same customer and opportunity data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

The biggest drawback is that configuring and customizing Partner Cloud to fit specific partner processes can take time. The user experience may also feel complex for partners who aren’t familiar with Salesforce, and ongoing administration can require dedicated resources to manage it effectively. "Partner cloud"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

The ability to centralize partner relationships, deal registration, pipeline visibility, and collaboration within the broader Salesforce ecosystem is valuable. I particularly appreciate the potential to create a more connected partner experience while improving transparency and alignment between internal teams and external partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

The platform is powerful, but its complexity can create barriers to implementation, customization, and partner adoption. I'd love to see a more intuitive user experience, streamlined administration, and stronger out-of-the-box analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Partner Management with Seamless Salesforce Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

Salesforce Partner Cloud provides a centralized platform for managing partner relationships, deal registration, lead distribution, and partner collaboration. Its seamless integration with the Salesforce ecosystem enables better visibility into partner activities and pipeline performance. The platform offers robust automation capabilities, customizable partner portals, and reporting features that help organizations improve partner engagement, streamline channel operations, and drive more efficient collaboration with external partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

The initial setup and configuration can be complex, especially for organizations with extensive partner programs and customized business processes. Some advanced features require significant Salesforce expertise to implement and maintain. Additionally, customization and reporting capabilities may require careful planning to ensure they align with partner management goals, which can increase implementation effort and time. "Excellent Central Hub for Real-Time B2B Collaboration, with Deep Workflow Customization"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

I have found it to be an excellent centralized hub that bridges the gap between my clients' internal teams and their external networks of wholesalers. The built-in rebate and market development fund (MDF) tracking workflows are incredibly powerful for driving wholesaler motivation. The system easily handles expanding ecosystems, allowing me to deeply customize automated workflows, tiered incentives, and role-based permissions to match the client's specific B2B operational model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

The primary drawbacks are the complex implementation curve and the high overall cost. It is definitely not a plug-and-play solution, and configuring the portal for wholesalers requires a massive amount of dedicated Salesforce administrative and developer expertise. Setting up the channel incentives is a great example of this double-edged sword—while the Loyalty and Rebate Management features are powerful, mapping complex wholesale pricing rules and volume-based rebates can be highly labor-intensive to build out. Additionally, licensing and ongoing maintenance costs scale very quickly, making it a heavy financial investment that can be tough for smaller clients to justify. "Centralized, Scalable PRM That Streamlines Partner Enablement and Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

I like that PRM provides a centralized, scalable way to manage partner relationships, onboarding, enablement, and deal collaboration. It gives partners clearer access to the resources and information they need while improving visibility for internal teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

PRM can require significant setup and ongoing administration to align partner processes, permissions, content, and reporting. The partner experience can also vary depending on how well the portal is configured and adopted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Deep Salesforce Integration and Flexible Partner Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

The biggest benefit is that partner activity is tightly connected to the rest of Salesforce. It gives us a central place to manage partner relationships, share relevant information, and provide partners with access to the data and processes they need, without having to create a completely separate system. The flexibility of the Salesforce platform is another real advantage, especially when we need to tailor the experience to our own partner programme and internal processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

That flexibility is valuable, but it can also make the platform more complex than it needs to be. Setting up the experience, permissions, data model, and processes properly takes time and usually requires a solid understanding of Salesforce. From a partner’s perspective, some areas can feel less intuitive than you’d ideally want, which often means there’s a fair amount of configuration needed to deliver a truly simple partner experience. "Mobile-First and User-Friendly with Quick Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

I find Salesforce Partner Cloud to be very easy to use, which is a big plus for me. It's especially handy and mobile-first, so I can use it anywhere. The campaign management feature is particularly useful, especially for splitting tasks between vendor and partner, and managing costs efficiently. The setup was quick for me and my team, which is great because we didn't have to spend too much time getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

I'm interested in having a cherry-picking feature along with cost details. That would really improve my experience with Salesforce Partner Cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Native Sales Cloud Partner Access, But Licensing Costs Add Up Fast"
3/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

Native to your CRM: deal registrations, leads, and opportunities land directly in Sales Cloud, so there's no sync layer and the pipeline stays in one place.

• Same security model: partner access runs on your existing sharing rules, profiles, and roles, which also becomes the boundary for any AIforce or Agentforce surface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

Licensing cost: per partner user or per login on top of Sales Cloud licenses, and costs rise quickly with a large partner base. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

The implementation of Salesforce Partner Cloud is quite complex, which can be a bit of a hurdle. The initial setup wasn't so easy either. I feel that having dedicated Salesforce agents might help ease the process, but overall, these aspects could definitely be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
