What I appreciate most about Salesforce PRM is its ability to unify and empower partner ecosystems. It provides a single platform where partners can access real-time information, manage leads, deals. the automation tools significantly reduce the manual work involved in partner management.

Salesforce PRM is a powerful tool, there are a few areas where it could improve.

I am unsure of all of the capabilities and sort of either stumbled upon them or were taught by someone else. it would be nice to advertise how to do some of these things.

What I loved best about Salesforce Relationship tool it was it easy to use User Interface. Not much training was required to start using it right out of the box. It was easy to implement and it easy integrated into our other systems.

The the cost is probably its biggest negative, but it such a great tool and easy to use that the cost ultimately did not become an issue.

We used this at my prior job where we would connect with brokers and any leads on the business would be inputted into the system using a format that we’ve put together to track relationship and business each broker brought us

The inputting aspect of it rather than the software itself as at times it would take a while to put in. Otherwise the areas of input were all relevant.

I love the new tool utilized to connect with partner, we recently upgraded from a classic partner tool and the difference is night and day! The partner management tool creates a way for you to engage with Partners through Salesforce with similar appearance and functionality that you have with the internal salesforce system

The tool functions outside of the internal system for configuration purposes and requires awareness of where things are located. After attempting to work with expert coaches I still felt like nobody was providing enough information to enable usage, left it up to us to resolve setup struggles

The last time at Dreamforce in 2023, I learnt about Salesforce PRM has to offer with experience cloud. One year later, we are now at the launch of a new modern partner portal. What I love about the new portal is how everything is low code and low maintenance.

The CMS feature could be improved. At the moment, we are limited in how content can be configured for partners with several limitations around formatting and templates for content authors.
