"Salesforce Partner Cloud: Unified Partner Collaboration with Automation, Analytics, and AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

Salesforce Partner Cloud enables organizations to connect, manage, and collaborate with partners through a unified platform. It provides shared customer and business data, streamlined partner onboarding, lead and opportunity collaboration, case management, automation, analytics, and AI capabilities. This helps strengthen partner relationships, improve productivity, increase transparency, accelerate joint business processes, and drive revenue growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

Organizations often manage partners through disconnected systems, spreadsheets, emails, and manual processes. Limited visibility into partner activities, leads, opportunities, performance, and customer interactions creates inefficiencies and inconsistent experiences. Complex onboarding, communication gaps, duplicate data, and limited reporting make collaboration difficult, while partners may lack self-service capabilities and timely access to the information needed to drive business growth. "Streamlined Partner Collaboration with Deep Salesforce CRM Visibility"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

What I like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud is its ability to streamline collaboration and engagement with partners through a centralized platform. It provides partners with secure access to leads, opportunities, marketing resources, training materials, and performance insights, helping improve communication and alignment between organizations. The platform’s automation capabilities, partner onboarding tools, and customizable partner experiences make it easier to manage partner relationships at scale. Additionally, its integration with Salesforce CRM provides better visibility into partner-driven pipelines, enabling more effective channel management and improved partner productivity. What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

One area I would like to see improved in Salesforce Partner Cloud is the complexity involved in configuration and customization. Setting up partner-specific processes, permissions, workflows, and experiences can require significant administrative and technical effort. The user experience can also feel complex for partners who are not familiar with Salesforce, which may impact adoption. More out-of-the-box functionality, simpler configuration, and more intuitive partner experiences would make the platform easier to implement, manage, and scale across a diverse partner ecosystem. "Powerful Partner Management in Salesforce, but Complex to Configure and Maintain"
3/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

What I like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud is how seamlessly it connects partner management with the broader Salesforce ecosystem. For a nonprofit, having partner information, collaboration, and processes centralized in Salesforce makes it much easier to maintain a consistent source of truth and reduce manual work. I also like the flexibility to customize workflows, permissions, and experiences to fit different partner needs without having to build a completely separate system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

The biggest challenge is that Salesforce Partner Cloud can be complex to configure and maintain, especially for organizations with limited administrative or development resources. Some functionality can also require additional customization to match specific partner workflows, which can increase implementation time and ongoing costs. For a nonprofit, keeping the experience simple for partners while managing the underlying Salesforce complexity can be a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Partner Management, Mobile Access Shines"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

I like that Salesforce Partner Cloud is a very good tool provided by Salesforce to manage partners. The best part is the ease of use; you can use it anywhere as it's mobile and handy with any device, making it very convenient to keep track of everything. I also love the initial setup, which is pretty good and seamless. The support from agents was notable, and the whole setup really impressed me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

The main issue I have with Salesforce Partner Cloud is the cost. It could be more affordable, and I prefer having the option to pick specific features without having to pay for everything, which would help reduce the cost. That flexibility would be a significant improvement for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"powerful partner management, but high setup cost"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

What I like best about Partner Cloud is having partner recruitment, deal registration, and co-selling all in one place, natively connected to our Salesforce data. The partner portal is also great, since it lets partners self-serve on leads and MDF requests instead of emailing our team for updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

What I dislike is the learning curve and setup complexity like with configuring partner tiers, sharing rules, and deal registration workflows takes real admin time and often needs a consultant to get right. Pricing can also add up quickly once you factor in the partner community licenses on top of your core Salesforce org. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Partner Collaboration and Scalable Onboarding with Salesforce Partner Cloud"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

What I like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud is how it helps companies collaborate more effectively with partners throughout the sales process. It provides a central place to share leads, opportunities, content, and important business information while maintaining appropriate access controls. The ability to automate partner onboarding and sales processes also makes it easier to scale partner programs without relying heavily on manual coordination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

Because Salesforce Partner Cloud is highly configurable, implementation can become complex when different partner types require different processes, access levels, and experiences. Designing sharing rules, permissions, and partner-specific workflows requires careful planning. It can also take time to create an intuitive experience for external users while keeping the overall solution easy to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful when partner deals should not live only in email"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

The helpful part is that partners can register a deal and see status in one portal, instead of sending another spreadsheet. Lead and opportunity sharing with the internal sales team is easier to follow when both sides look at the same record. For our team, this reduced “did you receive our registration?” messages. After the portal fields were agreed, channel conversations started from a deal number, not from a forwarded email thread. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

Partners will not use the portal if it asks for too many fields. Training also takes time, especially for a partner who only registers a deal a few times a year. Duplicate checks and ownership rules need an owner inside our company. If that part is weak, two people still argue about the same account. The new name does not change the adoption work. The tool is fine. The hard part is making partners come back to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Partner Collaboration and Deal Visibility with Salesforce Partner Cloud"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

What I like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud is having a central place to collaborate with partners, share resources, and manage leads and deal registrations. Connecting partner activity with our Salesforce sales process improves visibility, reduces back-and-forth communication, and helps keep internal teams and partners aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

What I like least is the complexity of configuring and maintaining the partner experience. Customizing workflows, managing permissions, and keeping content relevant can require significant administrative effort. Simpler setup and more intuitive navigation would make it easier for partners to adopt and use consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Platform with Room for Improvement in Usability and Partner Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

The ability to centralize partner relationships, deal registration, pipeline visibility, and collaboration within the broader Salesforce ecosystem is valuable. I particularly appreciate the potential to create a more connected partner experience while improving transparency and alignment between internal teams and external partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

While Salesforce Partner Cloud offers robust capabilities, the platform can feel overly complex and difficult to navigate. Configuring and customizing the partner experience often requires significant technical expertise, which can slow down adoption and make it challenging to deliver an intuitive experience. "Effortless Partner Management with Custom Controls"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

I like that Salesforce Partner Cloud helps keep our partner portal specific to their needs, making it easier to manage partners. The controls in PRM are great because they allow us to keep direct and partner interactions separate, which I find really helpful. Partner permission sets and the hierarchy structure also make managing these interactions much smoother. Plus, the initial setup was a breeze, which is always a plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

I feel like Salesforce Partner Cloud could be improved by having a partner ecosystem where partners can quote and self-serve with discounts. It would also be really helpful to have more self-service formats to make setup easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
