Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)'s pricing is best suited for mid-market and enterprise organizations with established channel or reseller programs that already operate within the Salesforce ecosystem. G2 reviewers from information technology, computer software, computer and network security, and financial services industries dominate the review base, reflecting the product's strongest adoption. According to G2 users, companies managing large partner networks requiring deal registration, MDF tracking, co-selling, and partner enablement at scale extract the most value. Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)'s pricing is structured around custom enterprise quotes, meaning all access is paid and negotiated directly with Salesforce. G2 reviewers note that costs scale with partner user counts, add-ons such as the training module, MDF management, and Experience Cloud licenses, plus ongoing customization and admin overhead. Multiple G2 users flag that additional capabilities like SPIFF integration, advanced analytics, and co-marketing tools carry incremental costs beyond base licensing, making total expenditure significantly higher than initial contract figures suggest.

Is Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM) considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers broadly rate Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM) at 4.5/5, signaling strong satisfaction despite near-universal cost complaints. Across segments, G2 users consistently flag high licensing fees, expensive customization, and rising per-user costs as barriers, particularly for small businesses and nonprofits. Yet mid-market and enterprise reviewers repeatedly confirm the value delivered through centralized partner management, automation, deal registration, and deep Salesforce ecosystem integration. G2 reviews of Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM) indicate a classic premium-investment pattern: high cost paired with high capability. Organizations with mature channel programs and dedicated Salesforce admins extract strong ROI; smaller or budget-constrained teams often find the pricing of Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM) difficult to justify.

What do you like best about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

What I like best about the Salesforce Partner Cloud is honestly how much easier it makes working with all our different partners. Instead of bouncing around a million emails and spreadsheets, everything is in one place.

The biggest win for me is the visibility. I can quickly look at the dashboard and see exactly where all the deals are and who's working on what. The automated stuff, like registering a new deal or getting an approval, saves a ton of time and cuts out the annoying back-and-forth.

I also really like the training materials and content library. It makes it simple to get new partners up to speed without me having to personally walk them through everything every time. It just feels more organized and professional, which helps us all close deals faster and build better relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Partner Cloud (formerly Salesforce PRM)?

Honestly, the main things that bug me about the Salesforce Partner Cloud usually come down to two things: how complicated it can be and the price tag.

For one, it's a beast of a system. The learning curve is pretty steep. Even for someone who's decent with computers, it takes a while to figure out where everything is and how to use it right. Setting it up the way you actually want it can be a real headache and usually means you have to bring in an expensive expert to get it right.

The other big issue is the cost. It feels like you're paying a lot for features you might not even touch, and if you need any extra bells and whistles, the price just keeps climbing. Sometimes the system can also be a bit slow and clunky, which is really frustrating when you're trying to quickly close a deal. Creating custom reports can also be surprisingly difficult and less intuitive than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
