What do you like best about Sales Snap?

To be completely honest, the thing that stands out the most for me is the customer support. That’s something other email marketing tools don’t really offer, at least not in their basic plans. Here I get 8 hours of dedicated account manager support every month, and they really focus on my needs and challenges. We work on strategies, ideas, and they also help with all the technical stuff and anything that’s unclear. On top of that, my open rates have increased significantly. What do you dislike about Sales Snap?

It’s very helpful to have email campaigns, automation, analytics, and lead segmentation all in one platform. Being able to segment leads makes it easier to target the right audience, and the mobile responsiveness helps me manage campaigns on the go. At first, it can feel a bit overwhelming because there are many features. Some actions require developer support, and after about 10 minutes you need to save your work to avoid losing a prepared newsletter.
