The multi-channel orchestration and segmentation tools stand out the most in our day-to-day work. Being able to design and trigger coordinated sequences across email, SMS, and other channels from a single clean interface has made our internal campaigns and client-engagement outreach far more consistent. The drag-and-drop builders and the way segments update in near real time let us quickly refine audiences based on engagement or practice-area interest without jumping between systems. The overall interface stays uncluttered even when we run several concurrent initiatives, which is valuable when the team is already stretched across high-priority client work. The reporting and analytics section could offer more granular export and custom-dashboard options for a large professional-services environment. While the standard metrics are solid, we sometimes need to pull deeper cross-channel or multi-office breakdowns that currently require extra manual work. A few of the more advanced personalisation rules also feel a bit constrained when we want to layer firm-specific attributes (practice group, seniority, prior interaction history) in complex ways. These are not blockers, but they are areas where additional flexibility would make the platform even stronger for our use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
