"Sales Snap Streamlines Customer Communication with Powerful Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Sales Snap?

What I like most about Sales Snap is that it brings all key communication channels together in one place, making it easier to reach the right customers with relevant messages at the right time. The automation, segmentation, and personalization features help save time, improve customer engagement, and drive more sales. I also appreciate the flexibility to create engaging campaigns and personalized customer experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Snap?

Some features could be more intuitive, and certain processes could be simpler and faster. I would also like to see more flexibility in reporting and analytics, along with additional integrations and customization options. Overall, improving the user experience and making advanced features easier to use would make Sales Snap even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Purpose-Built Contact Segmentation That Keeps Outreach Fast and Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Sales Snap?

At Hall Accounting Company we rely on the Contact Segments area every day. The clean layout lets us build and refine groups such as “Kupci,” abandoned-cart style follow-ups, checkout-form responders, and industry-specific lists without hunting through menus. Being able to see the exact contact count, creation date, and last-modified date at a glance, then jump straight to “View X Contacts,” keeps our outreach organized and fast. The multi-channel options (email plus SMS, WhatsApp, Viber) sit right alongside those segments, so once a list is ready we can launch targeted sequences without switching tools. The whole interface feels purpose-built for a busy professional-services team that needs reliable segmentation rather than endless configuration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Snap?

The segment list view is excellent for day-to-day work, yet bulk-editing or mass-updating properties across many segments still requires a few extra clicks. A more streamlined multi-select edit option would speed up quarterly clean-ups. Reporting inside the segments themselves could also surface a couple of extra conversion metrics without needing a separate dashboard. These are minor workflow preferences rather than blockers—everything we need is there and works reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Organized Multi-Channel Messaging That Makes Viber Campaigns Easy to Track"
5/5
What do you like best about Sales Snap?

The clean, organized way Sales Snap handles multi-channel messaging — especially the Viber Messages section. At OMD we run targeted outreach and client-related campaigns across different markets, and being able to create, filter, and track Viber campaigns in one clear list (with Sent / Delivered / Seen stats, creation dates, and ownership) makes the whole process straightforward. The interface stays simple even when managing multiple message variants, which is exactly what we need for fast, consistent execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Snap?

Very little. The dashboard is already intuitive for managing Viber and other channels. A bit more advanced bulk-editing or real-time performance alerts would be a nice future addition, but nothing currently gets in the way of daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sales Snap: Clean Unified Dashboard for Effortless Multi-Channel Outreach"
5/5
What do you like best about Sales Snap?

Sales Snap (by New Look Entertainment) stands out for its clean, unified dashboard and genuine multi-channel capability in one place. At Prism Claims Group (Prism Network Limited), we use it every day to manage outreach across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Viber. The real-time engagement graphs, straightforward KPI cards (Total Contacts, Campaigns Sent, Leads Generated, Conversion Rate), and the Channel Performance breakdown make results immediately visible and easy to understand. Campaigns and journeys are simple to build, track, and monitor, and the recent-activity feed helps keep the whole team aligned without having to switch between tools. Overall, the platform feels purpose-built for turning conversations into qualified leads, while still being simple enough for a busy commercial team to run consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Snap?

There’s very little to dislike. The interface feels intuitive, and the core features work reliably. My only minor observations are that some of the more advanced reporting and journey customization can take a bit of exploration the first time around, and that (as with any platform) we’d always welcome deeper native integrations with the specific systems used in the UK insurance sector. These are small points rather than genuine drawbacks overall, the product delivers strongly on what it promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sales Snap’s Unified Dashboard Makes Multichannel Messaging Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Sales Snap?

Sales Snap stands out for its clean, unified dashboard that lets us manage email, SMS, Viber, and website pop-ups without jumping between tools. The real-time personalization and tracking make it straightforward to tailor messages to different customer segments in our packaging and supply-chain business. Setup was efficient, and the branded templates plus automation options fit our operational needs well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Snap?

Nothing major so far. Occasional minor refinements in reporting granularity would be nice for deeper analysis of very large campaign sets, but the core platform and support more than compensate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Centralized Reporting That Makes Multi-Channel Tracking Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Sales Snap?

The clean, centralized reporting dashboard stands out. Being able to pull visits on published pages, asset download counts, form submission numbers, email performance, and lead/point activity into one view has made it much easier to track how healthcare professionals and lab partners interact with our content. The multi-channel options (email combined with other messaging) and the way segmentation works feel practical for a regulated industry environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Snap?

Advanced reporting customization could be deeper for highly specific compliance or regional breakdowns. Occasional minor delays appear when exporting larger datasets, though nothing that blocks day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and flexible marketing automation platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Sales Snap?

What I like best about Sales Snap is how easy it is to manage complex email marketing and automation workflows in one place. The platform is flexible, intuitive, and makes it simple to create personalized customer journeys without unnecessary complexity.

I also really appreciate the level of customer support. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping users get the most out of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Snap?

There are still some areas where the platform could be improved, particularly when it comes to advanced reporting and analytics. However, the team is constantly releasing updates and new features, so the product is clearly evolving in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive UI and Reliable Marketing Automation with Great Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sales Snap?

The UI is intuitive and easy to understand once you understand the basics, there are many different tools that we've been using as a part of our marketing automatization and we've had little to no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Snap?

Generally I couldn't name many things I dislike about using the program, there are occassional bugs and minor performance issues, but the Sales Snap support team helped us through all the issues that we had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A world-class tool with support just around the corner."
5/5
What do you like best about Sales Snap?

To be completely honest, the thing that stands out the most for me is the customer support. That’s something other email marketing tools don’t really offer, at least not in their basic plans. Here I get 8 hours of dedicated account manager support every month, and they really focus on my needs and challenges. We work on strategies, ideas, and they also help with all the technical stuff and anything that’s unclear. On top of that, my open rates have increased significantly. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Snap?

I’m not a big fan of the fact that some things require their developers to step in. It doesn’t happen often, but I still feel that those parts should eventually be automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how simple and effective Sale Snap is. It helps me create and launch campaigns quickly without overcomplicating things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Snap?

There’s not much to dislike, but I think some features could be expanded to offer more customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
