We found the platform fairly easy to integrate and migrate everything over from our old platform. Usability is very straightforward as we were able to set up all of our campaigns fairly easily. Reporting/analytics/insights could use a little work but are definitely good enough to get you what you need. Probably of most importance is that their support is quick and very helpful. While the platform is pretty easy to use, for the most part, some things are a bit clunky and seem to require extra steps (e.g. rescheduling certain types of campaigns after editing) but I'm sure there's some weird backend reason why.
