The platform has some features that are not entirely intuitive (e.g., starting a private one-on-one chat with a viewer), but these are not features I need often. I also don't love that client viewers need to register an account in advance, but it does seem like it's been very easy for them and I've heard of no complaints or issues! QualMeeting is a rather intuitive platform that has become my preferred technology for completing qualitative research. I love that they have a “blind” backroom so members of my team and clients can join to view sessions without it feeling overwhelming for those being interviewed. There is a chat so that it is easy for everyone in the background to communicate with each other, the moderator and the tech support team. Having direct messaging feature is also very helpful, particularly for sending notes to the moderator in real time.
