Even though nothing is altered in the report itself, the output sometimes ends up incomplete. Now, we are no longer able to post GJs directly to the GL; instead, they are only posted after approved in Sage. I would prefer to have the ability to post GJs to the GL first and then send them for approval. Admittedly I could do with some further training to get the full benefits, the Sage help and University has been great though to get me up and running! **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** The only downside I've encountered so far is that I can't open multiple browser tabs when trying to look into details. Whenever I try to open a new tab, it just displays a blocked message. This forces me to navigate everything on a single page and try to remember my original spot, which can be quite frustrating. **What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to rely more on the system/software and reduce the amount of manual input/intervention which gives confidence and reduces the opportunity for errors - particularly with more junior members of the team! ### 25. The search bar in tasks could also be improved upon. When I search exact names, things don't often come up. On the few occasions we've needed to use customer support they have been really helpful in providing the answers we needed, so no complaints there. The customer success team are also a valuable resource that we have leant on to help improve our system in terms of reports, dashboards and processes. **What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?** There aren't many downsides to be honest. The only one I can think of is that because it's much bigger than our previous system and the audit trail is much better it can take a little longer to correct an error or adjust something that may not be quite right.
