With training you can easily maneuver through the system. I currently use this for AR, AP and inventory management. I can find information needed quickly, I can update items just as quick. It is a good product overall. **What do you dislike about Sage 100?** My only real complaint Accounts Payable I cannot drill down the information as much as I would like. **What problems is Sage 100 solving and how is that benefiting you?** With SAGE 100 I can pull many reports out of the system, that ensure our Accounts Receivable stay on track.IT functional all around for our company. ### 2. I can tailor fields, workflows, reports, and integrations to fit our needs without having to rewrite the whole system. **What do you dislike about Sage 100?** Making corrections and adjustments is difficult, and it often results in discrepancies in other workflows. Also, Navigation isn’t as intuitive as modern cloud ERPs. New employees often need more training than expected. **What problems is Sage 100 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Large ecosystem of add‑ons — There’s a huge selection of third‑party modules available, including options for payroll, EDI, shipping, barcoding, and more. ### 3. If you try to log an expense, the software automatically credits your bank account and debits your expense account behind the scenes to keep the accounting equation perfectly balanced ### 4. Our field technicians can access QuickBase easily as it's cloud based, and all they put in for us is synced to Sage so we can process POs, billings and do any audits as needed. **What do you dislike about Sage 100?** It's taken some workarounds to make this happen. Now we're well equipped to keep moving forward. **What problems is Sage 100 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sage allows us to effectively keep track of vendor invoicing and payments as well as reporting on areas we are specifically tracking.
