
Customer service and training is top notch. The 2024 tax season was our initial year so there was more client setup that I'm assuming won't take place next year. Even so, it was easy to do. Quite a few clients commented on how much they liked receiving a digital copy of their returns instead of having to deal with a bunch of paper. The program itself saved our staff countless hours of having to formally prepare clients' returns and respective envelopes for vouchers and even K-1's. Quite honestly, we can't rely on the U.S. Postal Service anymore to deliver clients' returns on time, even locally, so being able to send clients' returns via SafeSend was fast and efficient for most. There were some clients who didn't answer their KBA questions correctly or follow the flow of the review and signing process but that was on them and had nothing to do with any of the instructions that SafeSend sent to them. SafeSend is definitely worth the price and along with saving us postage and shipping charges, it also saved the firm payroll costs because less time was spent getting returns out the door to clients.
