By the time you find out about it's too late to get a refund. **What problems is SafeSend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not much really. ### 2. The 2024 tax season was our initial year so there was more client setup that I'm assuming won't take place next year. Even so, it was easy to do. Quite a few clients commented on how much they liked receiving a digital copy of their returns instead of having to deal with a bunch of paper. The program itself saved our staff countless hours of having to formally prepare clients' returns and respective envelopes for vouchers and even K-1's. Quite honestly, we can't rely on the U.S. Postal Service anymore to deliver clients' returns on time, even locally, so being able to send clients' returns via SafeSend was fast and efficient for most. There were some clients who didn't answer their KBA questions correctly or follow the flow of the review and signing process but that was on them and had nothing to do with any of the instructions that SafeSend sent to them. SafeSend is definitely worth the price and along with saving us postage and shipping charges, it also saved the firm payroll costs because less time was spent getting returns out the door to clients. Hence, there was a lot less overtime hours. **What do you dislike about SafeSend?** The program structure for setting up preferences (and finding them) can be a bit confusing. **What problems is SafeSend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting returns out the door in a timely fashion and saving money on postage. Reliability with the U.S. Postal service has declined substantially over the years and using SafeSend was very reliable. ### 3. The Safe Send Suite of great products is multiplying rapidly and the Safe Send Customer Service and Product Support teams are incredibly responsive to Accounting Firm needs and tge user experience for our clients. Could not recommend more highly. **What do you dislike about SafeSend?** No downside, but I look forward to further CCH Axcess integration. **What problems is SafeSend solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tax return delivery and collect client signatures. ### 4. By being able to send tax documents it not only allows us to send them conveniently through the service, it also allows our business to keep a digital copy filed away as well. **What do you dislike about SafeSend?** Since it needs to signed by all clients, it typically can take some time to get the documents completed. Not a lot of our employees/clients have access to computers or even cellphones sometimes which can make them feel excluded. That of course, isn't an issue with Safe Send and is something that we are trying to work on with our clients. **Recommendations to others considering SafeSend:** The service is quick an easy to use. Chances are you will pick it up very quickly. This tool is very handy for those who are looking to minimizing clutter and are huge fans of doing things digitally. **What problems is SafeSend solving and how is that benefiting you?** I realize that the service itself is very convenient despite its seemingly time consuming process (that's on us though". We of course have figured out which of our clients have the preference for the service to see who it works out for better. ### 6. They should not have to know if a payment is being applied or refunded. **What problems is SafeSend solving and how is that benefiting you?** So far it’s ok. It’s a new software for our firm and is taking some time to get used to. I wish we got drop pre assembled returns in. ### 7.
